Lacia Lucis operates lendlaciasluxury.com and any associated platforms, messaging channels, payment links, or services (collectively, the “Service”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service, including any content, features, sessions, custom media, tasks, or interactions. By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or making any payment/tribute through the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service.
  • You represent and warrant that you are an adult capable of entering binding contracts.
  • I do not knowingly provide services to minors. If you are under 18 (or the applicable age), exit immediately. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate termination and reporting if required by law.
    The Service contains adult-oriented financial domination (findom) content, explicit language, fetish themes, humiliation, degradation, power exchange, and sexually suggestive material. By using the Service, you acknowledge this and confirm it does not offend you.
  1. Nature of Services – Findom & Fantasy Only
  • Financial domination (“findom”) is a consensual adult fantasy/kink involving power exchange where you (the “sub”, “paypig”, “finsub”, “client”) voluntarily send tributes, gifts, payments, or complete tasks for my attention, control, humiliation, or amusement.
  • All interactions, sessions, tasks, custom content, and payments are for entertainment and role-play purposes only.
  • No real-world financial, legal, employment, or professional services are provided.
  • I do not offer therapy, financial advice, investment services, loans, or any regulated financial activity.
  • Tributes and payments are non-refundable gifts/donations for time, attention, content, or fantasy fulfilment — not payment for goods/services in a traditional sense. You waive any right to chargeback, reversal, or refund except where fraud is proven (and even then, subject to processor rules).
  • Any “debt contracts,” ongoing tribute schedules, or escalated financial play are symbolic/role-play elements only and are not legally enforceable debts under civil law.
  1. User Conduct & Consent
  • All interactions are between consenting adults.
    You consent to the findom dynamic, including potential verbal/written humiliation, degradation, control demands, denial, teasing, and financial exploitation themes.
  • You agree not to:
    • Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or attempt to blackmail me or others.
    • Send unsolicited explicit images/videos without request.
    • Impersonate others or create fake accounts.
    • Engage in illegal activity (fraud, money laundering, underage content, non-consensual sharing).
    • Dispute legitimate tributes/charges in bad faith (chargeback fraud).
  • I reserve the right to terminate contact, block you, and retain all prior payments without refund for violations.
  1. Payments & Tributes
  • All tributes, session fees, custom content purchases, and payments are final and non-refundable.
  • I use third-party payment processors (e.g., list examples: CashApp, crypto gateways, etc.]). Full card details are not stored by me.
  • You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or currency conversion costs.
  • Failed/declined payments or chargeback attempts may result in permanent blocking and reporting to processors/platforms.
  • No refunds for dissatisfaction with fantasy/role-play outcomes. Findom dynamics are inherently unpredictable and subjective.
  1. Intellectual Property & Content
  • All content on the Service (text, images, videos, audio, tasks, messages) is my exclusive property (or licensed to me).
  • You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view purchased/personalized content for private use only.
  • You may not screenshot, record, download, share, distribute, or republish any content without explicit written permission. Violation may result in legal action.
  • You retain no ownership or rights to any custom content created for you.
  1. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability
  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use (including financial loss, emotional distress, or relationship issues).
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount of your most recent tribute (if any).
  • You use the Service at your own risk.
  1. Termination
  • I may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason (or no reason), without notice or refund.
  • You may cease using the Service at any time.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.
