Refund and Returns Policy

Lacia Lucis operates lendlaciasluxury.com and associated services (the
“Service”).
Due to the unique nature of financial domination (findom), a consensual adult fantasy involving voluntary tributes, sessions, custom content, tasks, and power exchange — all payments are final and non refundable. Read this policy carefully before sending any tribute or making a purchase.

Nature of Payments – Tributes, Not Purchases

  • All money sent to me (tributes, session fees, custom content payments, gifts, drains, etc.) is a voluntary act of devotion and submission – a gift for my time, attention, dominance, humiliation, control, or personalized fantasy fulfilment.
  • These are not payments for tangible goods, professional services, or consumer transactions in the traditional sense.
  • There are no returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once a tribute is sent or a session/content is delivered/accessed.
  • By sending any payment, you acknowledge and agree that it is irrevocable and you waive any right to dispute, reverse, or reclaim funds (except in proven cases of fraud on my part, which is extremely rare and subject to processor verification).

No Refunds Policy

  • No refunds are issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Post-nut clarity / regret after sending
    • Dissatisfaction with the fantasy/role-play outcome (findom is subjective and unpredictable)
    • Change of mind
    • Inability to continue the dynamic
    • Technical issues on your end (e.g., payment errors you caused)
    • Not receiving the exact response or attention you expected
  • Custom content (photos, videos, audio, tasks, messages) is personalized and delivered digitally once sent or access granted, it is nonreturnable and non-refundable.
  • Sessions (text, voice, video) are non-refundable once scheduled and/or conducted.
  • Ongoing arrangements (e.g., tribute schedules, budget control) are consensual and voluntary — no refunds for prior tributes.

Chargebacks, Disputes, and Reversals

  • Attempting a chargeback, reversal, dispute, or claim (e.g., via your bank, PayPal, CashApp, crypto wallet recovery, etc.) for a legitimate tribute will be considered bad-faith abuse.
  • Consequences may include:
    • Immediate permanent blocking from all contact
    • Retention of all prior payments without refund
    • Reporting to payment processors/platforms (which may lead to your accounts being restricted)
    • Any additional steps to protect my rights
  • I cooperate fully with processor investigations but will vigorously defend legitimate transactions.

Exceptions (Very Limited)

  • Refunds are only considered in extraordinary cases of proven fraud or non-delivery on my part (e.g., you paid for a specific custom video that was never provided after full payment and agreement).
  • Such requests must be submitted in writing to getcloser@lendlaciasluxury.com within [7-14] days of the transaction, with full proof (transaction ID, screenshots, etc.).
  • I reserve sole discretion to approve or deny any exception. Even if approved, processing may take [7-30] days depending on the payment method.

Cancellations

  • Pre-session or pre-content payments are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a scheduled session after payment, the tribute remains mine — no credit or rescheduling unless I choose to offer it as a courtesy.

Your Responsibility

  • Tribute only what you can afford to lose forever.
  • Discuss limits, expectations, and safewords before sending money.
  • Findom is intense — approach responsibly.

This policy forms part of my Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference. By using the Service or sending any payment, you agree to these terms.
